Credit Policy

Equalseal.com requires all customers applying for credit to have at least one successful credit card purchase. After one credit card purchase, customers can request a credit application. After you return the application, our accounting department will review your information and check with your references. Upon approval, customers will be eligible for for Net 30 terms. Customers on terms are able to pay by check or by ACH transfer. ACH transfer information is available on request. Please email [email protected] to get full bank details. Orders where payment is not received within 30 days of all products in their order shipping are subject to interest charge of up to 2% per month. Customers who do not pay within 90 days of all products in their order shipping will be turned over to Empire Credit and Collection collections agency.
